This role is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 3 months.The focus for this role will be analysing and understanding data as part of a project. and ensuring that our records are maintained correctly. There will be a requirement to deal with external stakeholders.

About the role

  • Liaise with providers and platforms to obtain plan information on client’s investments, pension and protection plans
  • Maintain and update data accurately on our in-house systems
  • Provide regular updates on progress to the project manager 
  • Correspond with our clients to ensure we give them satisfactory outcomes 

About you

  • 6 GCSE’s Grades A- C which include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 – or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills, proficiency using Microsoft packages
  • Demonstrates excellent written communications skills and a high-level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrates good customer service skills
