What you bring to the PMB:
You work collaboratively to solve problems and will embrace the teamwork environment at PMB. You enjoy assisting in the resolution of client inquiries and performing a variety of duties related to the processing of various types of loans. You anticipate the needs of your team and communicate well with your team.

Heres what youll do:
As a Loan Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of duties related to the processing of various types of loans and create and maintain credit files. You will answer customer inquiries and solve routine customer problems. You will assist lending officers in activities such as processing disbursement requests, sending/correcting billings, obtaining credit bureau reports, ordering various loan related reports and loan documents.

Essential Job Duties
    General report preparation and typing such as expense reports, call reports, and production reports.
    Order preliminary collateral documents during the loan approval process, including preliminary title searches, flood zone certificates, UCC searches, credit reports, business Experian reports and requests for appraisals.
    Reviews and orders needed supplies.
    Assists with the monitoring of borrower's compliance with financial reporting required in all business loan agreements. Maintain tickler management system in a current status
    Interface with title companies to verify recording and title policy issuance.
    Assemble credit files for new loans and maintain existing loan files in an organized and functional manner scrubbing them to remove and transfer dated information.
    As requested by loan officers, assist with other miscellaneous loan administration work necessary to ensure the credit and documentation files are complete at origination, and maintained on an ongoing basis.
    Update regular report comments, such as pipeline, past due reports and any additional month end reports.
    Process all loan advance requests and loan payments.
    Assist Regional Manager with all community service obligations as needed.
    Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

What you need for this position:
Job Qualifications
    Must have knowledge of banking procedures, compliance, regulations and terminology as it relates to loan assistant functions and loan documentation.
    Minimum 5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in the Banking industry.
    High School diploma required.

Computer & Software Skills
    Must have foundational computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring) and the Internet.

Travel
Occasional local travel
