Mesa West Capital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to provide investor relations support, including written and oral communications with existing and potential investors, market and competitor research and analysis, investor presentations, and complete due diligence. Mesa Wests horizontal culture uniquely positions the candidate to collaborate with all levels of Senior Management and affords the opportunity to engage directly with investor contacts. Attention to detail is critical to success in the position, alongside the ability to multitask and efficiently utilize resources. Additionally, the candidate needs to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills are a must, as is the ability to meet deadline requirements. The ideal candidate has two to three years of real estate experience and can operate both independently and in a team environment. The key responsibilities of the position include: - Support fundraising activities including the preparation of pre-marketing materials, offering memorandums, competitor information, and prospect pipelines - Assist with day-to-day capital raising activities, management of investor relationships, marketing, reporting, and overall investment communication - Prepare marketing materials including investor pitch books and marketing campaigns for new discretionary real estate funds and separate account mandates - Research investor prospects - Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses - Maintain data rooms and the investor portal, managing access and credentials for investors - Work closely with the Originations, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Accounting departments to prepare quarterly and monthly investor reports/presentations and respond to inbound investor inquiries - Provide support for the Annual Investor Meeting - Ensure all assigned reports and tasks are prepared and delivered on a timely basis with the highest level of accuracy - One to three years post graduate experience in real estate, investment management, accounting, consulting, or investment banking - Real Estate and / or finance experience preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, and represent the Firm in a professional manner - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Proficiency in financial accounting and quantitative analysis - Excellent organization skills and the ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including long-term projects and ad-hoc requests - Professional maturity and the ability to handle extremely sensitive and/or confidential information - Experience working in a team environment - Responsive to client needs; ability to work under pressure, and with flexibility, to meet tight deadlines - Demonstrated reflex in anticipating requests/needs -  Initiative and strong work ethic with a positive attitude -  Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
