The Manager of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management will play an essential role in redesigning and developing a centralized foreign currency trading function, working closely with our global investment, operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the corporate cash flow and balance sheet hedging program;
  • Build and maintain an international cash forecast model to improve cash flow hedging program effectiveness;
  • Monitor and execute currency trades across multiple strategies, funds and separate accounts;
  • Develop critical protocols and report on operational and audit controls to ensure continuous monitoring and accurate trade execution and settlement;
  • Ensure all FX trading procedures, regulations and credit limits are followed and apply trading strategies to reduce or minimize trading costs;
  • Work with various groups to resolve any trade discrepancies to make improvements;
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and brokers;
  • Drive key Treasury initiatives including: cash management, cash forecasting and other reporting needs
  • Deliver accurate and timely materials to be presented to Senior Management;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of hedging activity and produce standardized reporting for key stakeholders;
  • Partner with technology teams to build and maintain an FX database and streamline FX exposure gathering, trading and reporting;
  • Liaise with investment, operations and accounting teams to enhance reporting;
  • Manage a direct report; and
  • Perform other tasks and projects as necessary.


  • 4+ years of corporate/Treasury/FX experience
  • General knowledge of FX markets, hedging strategies and operational processes
  • Experience with cash forecasting and/or working in Treasury
  • Experience in project management, infrastructure build-out and achieving alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint a must. Python/VBA programming (preferred)

A Bachelors degree, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
