Job Duties:

The Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIM) Manager is responsible for developing and managing data intelligence capabilities to provide Siemens customers and agents with personalized experiences.  The AIM manager will establish data learning and consumption technologies to help users find relevant content to increase customer engagement, improve self-help and drive Case deflection.

Deliver best-in-class business intelligence services that drives user self-service capabilities

Design machine learning algorithms that correlate data to drive referenceable and meaningful content to users searching and engaging on the Support Center

Implement machine learning solutions that increasingly becomes more intelligent in helping customers and agents quickly find relevant content for problem solving searches

Drive data pipeline reliability, efficiency and performance, utilizing appropriate tools and processes to optimize and help scale and measure the business impacts

Build deep learning practices to boost content for improved search result relevancy to enable the organization to achieve case deflection and content usage objectives

Play a key role in providing actionable insights to the organization, transforming insights from diagnostic to prescriptive activities

Support organizational operational decision making with the regular production of objective data and analysis

Develop strategic recommendations for business optimization and improvement based on analysis and research

Develop mechanisms to monitor and evaluate progress towards goal achievement

Job Qualifications:

Experience with the stages of developing machine learning-based systems: labeling data, selecting algorithms, training, model development, visualization, regression, updates, debugging

Domain knowledge of machine learning and text/data analysis/natural language processing techniques for classification, detection, key attribute triggers, and activity detection

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and proven track record of successfully deploying learning tools (such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)

Mastery of a development language (React, Java, Python, etc.)

Experience managing data from various disparate sources, and building an architecture to effectively build a ML solution

Knowledge of data architecture, systems and integration to include relational, dimensional and unstructured data models

Experience with segmentation, modelling and statistical techniques

Strong business acumen, including market dynamics, financial/budget management, data analysis and decision making

6+ years relevant industry experience

MBA with analytics emphasis recommended

SAP Business Objects, QlikView, Oracle and related experiences
