The Client Reporting Analyst will assist the Reporting Manager and Client Service Group.

​Positive Overview: Reporting directly to the Reporting Manager, while providing support for the Client Service group as needed. Critical responsibilities are listed below:

  • Support the reporting team with the production of monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Assist with communicating and circulating client directed cash flow notices to traders and operations teams.
  • Complete consultant and client questionnaires, RFIs and DDQs.
  • Prepare and send monthly performance communications and statements to mutual fund clients, separate account clients and consultants.
  • Prepare and update client briefs for meetings between relationship managers and clients.
  • Generate data uploads for clients’ and consultants’ ad hoc requests.
  • Update client files with past monthly reports.
  • Maintain client/consultant contact databases.

Skills and Abilities:      

  • Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic credentials.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an operations or reporting role
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, as well as ability to learn new computer programs such as Factset, Eagle & Varden.
  • Very organized with focused attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Succeed in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated competency in juggling multiple tasks and demands.
  • Team player, with high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork balanced with the ability to conduct independent work.
  • Highest level of ethics.
