The Access Management Governance Associate is a part of the IT Security Access Management Governance (AMG) department. AMG owns and oversees the logical access controls that ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of financial, sensitive and critical systems and data. This position plays a key role in the monitoring of and reporting on logical access controls.
Maintain internal logical access control process narratives, flowcharts and procedures
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of logical access controls
Monitor unstructured data (e.g., file shares, SharePoint sites) to identify, report and coordinate the remediation of issues
Maintain requirements documentation for ServiceNow provisioning and deprovisioning service catalogs and ensure these meet control requirements
Generate monthly risk metrics
Streamline and assist with reporting and escalations
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or a business related major.
3+ years of professional experience in IT or audit related fields.
Risk governance, internal controls documentation and testing experience and/or Identity and Access Management experience preferred.
