Responsibilities

The Sr Analyst will provide backup to the Disbursement Supervisors  and responsibilities include:

  • Monitor input and release of wire processing to ensure timely and efficient wire disbursements that are in full compliance with OFAC and the Treasury and Disbursement Delegated Authorities Policy
  • Release wires from all Banking applications and systems
  • Monitor and action GFX wires in various queue
  • Review and Process Service messages
  • Monitor STP wires and ensure timely release
  • Setup Templates for Drawdowns and Standing Order
  • Manage daily end of day and prior day cash reconciliations and resolve differences
  • Support supervisors in management of DAP updates
  • Support business divisions and retail branches on wire disbursement issues
  • Train and instruct wire log preparer
  • Trouble shoot PPC/GFX  wire processing issues and assist IT with resolution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2- years of experience within finance or operations required
  • 2-4 Years Experience in Wire Processing
  • Superior analytical skills and initiative, as evidenced by successful analytical decision-making
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, proactive, eager to learn and add value
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate key ideas and initiatives to   various teams and levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
