The Platform Owner/Business Analyst identifies improvements needed to enhance a product and works within the agile process to assign priority, business value, and functionality to ensure the development team implements. The Product Owner/Business Analyst works with the business owners to ensure the successful release of the new functionality and owns the communication across the organization.
