On our team, youll work with the clients, engineers, SMEs, and instructors to capture training needs and recommend the right learning solution and content to help them accomplish their mission. Youll help to create training material with a team, including engineers and instructors, following the ADDIE model and the client's series requirements. Youll use your technical skills and creativity to come up with new ideas to make engaging, interactive courses to include job sheets, test materials, student guides and standalone interactive courseware. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, youll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then work with the team to fine tune your training for maximum impact. We focus on growing as a team, so youll learn new tools and skills to develop a creative learning experience that will engage students.
