Joining our team as a Service Professional Intern will allow you the opportunity to explore and learn each function within the Service organization at LPL Financial. The back-office exposure to the financial service industry will all you to gain an understanding of the impact the Service organization has on the overall success of the firm. Our service teams main priority is to create a reliable support system for our clients so they can easily grow their practice. Being flexible and adaptable to competing priorities will be key success factors for this position.
What youll do
You will have the opportunity to sit with and learn from each of our channels within the Service organization. Youll establish rapport with each channel leader such that you can support the various inquiries and initiatives for projects in flight. Youll assist with various ad-hoc reporting, project reporting, and participate in creative thinking sessions to ideate new solutions.
