We need an experienced full-stack developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using .NET and C#, youll build a web based program. Your team will analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution youre developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a technical leader, youll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with software engineering in a professional work environment
• 3+ years of experience with development and architecture in VB.NET or C#,
• Experience with Microsoft .NET framework
• Experience with using ASP .NET when developing web-based enterprise applications, including user interface, business layer, and data layer development
• Knowledge of SQL database development and implementation issues, including replication, schema design, indexing, and SQL query capabilities, such as unions and inner and outer joins
• Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the military
• Experience with working in the NRAS/DRRS and NMETLS training and readiness reporting process
