CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks Technical Team Leads to, under the supervision of a Senior Technical Manager, to translate business objectives into technical requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate schedules for the development team. Implement software development projects to specification within scheduled timelines and budget parameters. Utilize Agile methodology to continuously deliver features from each sprint to production. Work with product management, design, and other CoStar teams to define the scope of application features and functionality of projects. Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices to strengthen CoStars technology platform and development practices. Participate in sprints through writing code, testing, and reviewing project requests.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with advanced debugging, analyzing technical requirements, and developing and tuning enterprise business systems; 1 year of experience with using optimization tools, designing new data models, and with database query performance, profiling, and tuning; and 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies, Bootstrap, business intelligence, CSS, front-end technologies, HTML, JIRA, JQuery, JSON, manual and automated testing, MVC, object-oriented programming, REST, SDLC, SOA, SOAP, T-SQL, Visio, Web Application, and Web Services.
