Your role: We are looking for Divisional Managed Account Consultant's (DMAC's). This role is responsible for accelerating the growth of UBS's Advisory business. 
Responsibilities include:
Deliver fiduciary and investment insights through advisory conversations with Advisors and clients.
Demonstrate mastery of the UBS Advisory Platform.
Responsibility for developing Advisory (new and conversion) business in your division.
Responsibility for driving overall advisory results in geography. 
Working in concert with the Advisory Consulting team, mentor and ensure internal sales associate activities are aligned with divisions plan. 
Maintain information in contact management system to monitor activity around sales, FA and client contact, platform updates.
Mentor and coach WPA's in markets on the advisory platform.
Collaborate as a true consultant speaking for all areas of the firm. 
This is to be measured in terms of net new assets, and revenue growth from advisory business.


Your team: DMAC’s will be aligned to Advisory Sales and the Advisory Consulting Desk.


Your experience and skills: Bachelor's degree required (CFA, CIMA, CFP a plus)
10 years of relevant experience in asset management or wealth management 
Experience working with field leadership teams and financial advisors
Strong financial services background with knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices
Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
Leadership and communication is critical, as is a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with key internal and external partners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Licenses: Series 7, 63, 65
Full-time travel is required
