Market Research Manager San Francisco, CA Marketing Full-time Credit Karma is working to champion financial progress for all. The Research and Insights team plays a pivotal role in this mission by helping our product, marketing, business development and strategy teams with the business-critical research for our ever-evolving product and market opportunity.  We are looking for a passionate Market Research Manager to join the Credit Karma Research team. What You Will Do:
    • Translating data, survey results, and qualitative research findings into digestible reports and presentations
    • Conducting a quantitative and qualitative research studies across multiple verticals
    • Helping with organizational, administrative, and project management duties
    • Creating and maintaining a repository of research results
    • Comfortable with data manipulation and statistical analysis
    • Gathering intelligence from first- and third-party information sources
    • Interfacing with and acting as a liaison across multiple departments
Our Ideal Candidate:
    • BA/BS degree with an emphasis on survey/research methods (i.e., economics, statistics, psychology, or similar business or liberal arts program)
    • Master's Degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of market research, management consulting, or relevant experience
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for uncovering insights
    • General knowledge about the financial markets and the credit industry in particular) a strong plus
    • Excel, SPSS, and/or R experience required
    • Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Consumer Surveys, etc.
    • Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and develop quickly
