This position is for a summer intern who will work with the NorCal Enterprise SoftwareRelationship Management team. The group is tasked with leading client relations for highgrowth, venture backed startups in the Bay Area. We work with companies thathave raised an institutional Series A all the way through IPO and leadconversations around debt structuring, traditional banking products, andcommunity engagement. As the primary SVB contact for the Founders, CEOs andInvestors, were lucky to work with the highest caliber entrepreneurs and investorsin the world.
The primaryresponsibility will be supporting the team with debt structuring, financialanalysis, industry research, event planning and engagement with the innovationeconomy. This is a dynamic work place and responsibilities will vary day-to-daybased on ad hoc needs.
We will tailor a learning program based on theindividuals goals with an aim of providing exposure to SVB senior leadership, collaborationwith entrepreneurs, and opportunity for a large research project (ex marketmap of machine learning industry). Our goal is to receive lift on our key initiativeswhile providing an environment where the individual can learn skills thatposition them for future careers.
Candidates must be students currently enrolled in acollege/university (Minimum Requirement)
Candidate should have a minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred candidates should have a hunger for knowledge ofthe banking industry or software industry
