Shareworks by Morgan Stanley is designed to simplify the complexities of equity plan management, while helping employees realize the full potential of their benefits. Located in San Francisco, CA you will be part of Shareworks Compensation and an integral member of a small and impactful team at a large company. You will be the primary driver of expanding our business and sharing the value of what we provide to prospective clients by qualifying the increasing volume of leads from marketing activity and working with our sales team to actively prospect into named accounts. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. What youll do: Act as the first point of contact for all potential customers Coordinate scheduling and execution of demos and follow-ups from initial contact to sign-up Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with clients Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Report on the status of accounts and transactions Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Develop proven sales processes with iterative updates for maximum efficacy in revenue growth  Partner with cross-functional teams to learn about opportunities and practices that might enhance the current methods Support ongoing initiatives and ad hoc tasks of a small team Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in Business/Commerce Minimum 3 years work experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management, Client Services, Sales or similar role Hands on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer experience Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills oriented towards customer success Understanding of sales performance metrics An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time While we thank all applicants for their interest, please note that only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.
