Mellonis seeking a Senior Service Desk/Onsite Support Analyst. Responsibilities include:
Providessupport to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance,assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution.
Providesguidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on problems and ensuresresolution.
Providessupport to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, andtechnology related activities for small projects.
Workswith application developers and operations to support production applicationsand customer-specific operations.
Trainscustomers on new products, applications, and platforms.
Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
2-4years of experience in technical and customer-support required, experience inthe securities or financial services industry is a plus.
