The Sr.Manager of Technology willlead and manage the technology teams building world class digital and mobilesystems with automated client onboarding and straight thru processing foroperational efficiencies.

You will serve as a part of digitaltechnology team and work closely with the Product leadership team to driveoverall product delivery.  You will collaborate closely withteams across the organization to provide strategic direction and guidancerelated to the expanding and rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Lead the teams building various online andmobile products at a large technology or fintech organizations
  • Lead a team of 10+ talented engineers
  • Ensure team delivers with high quality andpredictability
  • Partner with Product managers, Sales andmarketing teams in developing technology vision and roadmap for digital
  • Partner closely with peer engineering leaders toensure we operate as a single team
  • Proven leadership with ability to lead multipleteams configurations in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
  • A willingness to mentor people inside/outside ofthe Information Technology department on best practices, system designprinciples, and computing industry trends
  • Able to articulate the tradeoffs at theapplication, system, and department level to the internal customer in acredible way during the whole lifecycle of the technology adoption todecommission. To clearly explain issues of reliability, scalability, andextensibility with respect to a technical solution
  • Demonstrated ability to bring the benefits oftechnology to solve business issues while also managing costs and risk
  • Able to influence decisions at various levelsof corporate management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Expertise with cloud technologies such as Amazon WebServices (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform

  • Experience building Responsive Mobile, Online Applicationsand API's using a developer platform

  • Exposure to Swagger and Open API banking specifications

  • Experience building microservices and deploying using CI/CDpipeline. Must have managed DevOps teams

  • Experience of software development using Java and UIJavaScript frameworks like React JS, Polymer JS, Angular JS

  • Experience working with teams across multiple locations.Distributed office working experience with a US headquarters

  • Familiarity with business process management and data-drivenworkflows

  • Excellent technical abilities with strong business,organizational and analytical skills

  • Skilled at identifying and evaluating new technologicaldevelopments and gauging their appropriateness for the business

  • Ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple ITprojects on time and within budget

  • Strong expertise with the end-to-end implications andtechnologies of all scales
