Under general supervision, the Sr Operations Associate compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes. Prepares reports for management review and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Assist with integrations with process and tools
Process software & training submitted via Salesforce and enter in SAP
Process complex MYA, strategic and National Contracts
Perform New Business Set Up
Process Renewal Account Information/Licensing Updates
Process Software and Training Order Upgrades and Downgrades
Process Product and Account Cancellations and Product Reinstatements
Perform Account Licensing Clean Up and Review
Troubleshoot and resolve licensing issues
Submit and Review order block and un-invoiced sales reports
Provide Internal/External Support to Customers
Case Management for Order Management processing issues
Provide Order Processing support as needed via telephone/email to Tele-Services, Field Sales Representatives, Customer Service, System Support, Customer Training, Billing, Credit/Collections and Logistics
Assist with Research, Order Status/Fulfillment Inquiries, Order Related Billing inquiries and other special projects as needed
Assist with internal and external audit testing and research
Responsible for End User Testing
QA for Order Management including detailed analysis to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Provide support to the offshore team and the sales force daily with order processing inquiries, issues and special requests. Assist with their back log as needed during peak seasons.
Assist with special projects as assigned
Manage project tasks with some oversight
Other Duties as Assigned.
BA degree preferred
PC and 10 Key experience is essential
Advanced Excel knowledge
Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred
Order Processing and/or Operations analytics in a fast-paced environment.
SAP experience a must
Dashboard creation experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Changing Environment.
Must be Detail Oriented.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required including some weekends.
