Build software that is optimized, well organized and maintainable. Monitor on-going risks and provide resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning and optimization, and performance management. Responsible for migration of assigned platforms and processes as per project timelines and ensure smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with on-shore and offshore stakeholders. Provide direct oversight of development teams, adhering to development standards and SLAs, and escalating risks and issues to the Engineering Manager. Partner with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, to deliver on the service level agreements.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related; and 5 years progressive, post-Bachelor's experience as a Programmer Technical Consultant, DB Administrator, or related occupation, which must include some experience with: Oracle Application administration of versions 10,11i and R12; Upgrading Oracle Databases and Applications across all versions; Migrating Oracle Databases and Applications; Migrating Oracle Environments to cloud; OBIEE, Oracle Web Center, Oracle Hyperion/Essbase, Siebel MRM, BI publisher; Oracle Database Tuning; logical and physical database architectures and operating systems; installing, configuring and maintaining oracle RAC; Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Oracle Data guard; PaaS and SaaS Development; guiding and directing teams through out the SDLC process; and release management and agile methodologies.
