We will look to you lead the defining of the IAM capability roadmaps. You will collaborate with other IAM SMEs to outline an annual plan for product maintenance and enhancements considering business issues and KPIs, corporate strategy and market evolution. You will partner with the domain architect to prioritize and implement strategies in achieving architectural roadmap and technical design that sets the path for tomorrow. You'll solicit direct end user feedback to identify and define IAM product requirements and enhancements. You will provide leadership for IAM root cause analysis, support calls, troubleshoot and perform due diligence for incidents and service issues.
For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Owner experience. You will have 5 years of System Analyst or Product Owner experience. You will need to have experience in Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication (password-less), threat detection policies and Identity Governance. You will have strong analytical skills with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights. You will have experience in authentication IDaaS platforms such as Okta and knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Relational databased, LDAP, etc. You'll have knowledge and hands on technical experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta.
