You will have 3+ years of experience in production support role. You will support the monitoring and incident handling of the online platform including troubleshooting of applications, hardware, networks, and data processing/batching. You'll qssist in the root cause analysis of customer and site issues using available tools, reports and doing one-off analyses as well as support problem management. You will work with others to complete analysis, evaluations and design alternatives and to implement process improvements.
Ideally you will have experience in Splunk, Dyantrace, ServiceNow. You will have strong attention to detail and passion to develop exceptional customer experiences.
