Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
The Leader, Cyber Analytics will report directly to the Head of Cyber Defense, and we'll look to you to lead the Analytics team, focusing primarily on delivering data analytics for information security.  This capability will be responsible for building out and supporting both the SIEM and data analytics platforms.   This role will use security frameworks to make recommendations for control enhancements.  You will lead a team of highly skilled individuals (10+) to protect the Western Union environment.  

For this high-profile role, we need you to bring 5+ years of information security experience and/or network security, along with some people management experience.  You'll have certifications such as: SANS (GCFW, GCIH, GPEN, GCIA, GCFA), CISSP, or Microsoft (MCSE+security).  You'll have a strong understanding of Data Analytics Components, and experience with Security Information Event Management Systems (Splunk, qRadar).  You will bring experience with big data platforms, like ELK, Hadoop, or Snowflake.
