We'll look to you to be an instrumental part of our talented cyber defense team. You'll use your highly technical security skills to design and manage Western Unions data protection strategy multi-layer data protection strategy. This will include protecting data-at-rest and in transit. You will partner with our application development teams to help deliver application-layer encryption and transparent data encryption. You will manage a robust team across the globe, which will deliver Western Union's encryption in support of new and existing business drivers. You will provide coaching and mentorship to the enterprise encryption team and provide daily tasks needed to execute the long-term encryption strategy.
For this high-profile role, we need you to have 8+ years of experience in information security, with two or more years' experience with delivering encryption. Preferably you will have experience with a major enterprise key management system as well as cloud based key management services. In addition, you will have experience with / knowledge of the Certificate Management Life Cycle, and PKI.
As a Cyber Defense Leader, Cyber Security Certifications are highly desired: CEH, ECSA, GSEC/GCIH/GCIA - GIAC, or CISSP. Join us, and let's move money for better
