In this role you will be part of a Lean Portfolio Management Office responsible for the oversight and governance of all product innovation and development for our Cross Border Platform Product organization. You will be working on critical, multi-million-dollar initiatives that are designed to drive transformation and innovation, delivering real value to our customers leading to improved customer satisfaction. You will be defining, managing, and maintaining our tools, processes, and operating model leveraging industry best practices and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will be responsible for gauging and communicating our overall program health, including measuring KPIs and regularly drafting and presenting program communications to senior leaders. This effort will include communicating with executives and key stakeholders, managing the intake process, tracking team capacity and budgets, and escalating issues and risks.
For such a pivotal role, you will ideally have a bachelor's degree in a business-related program. You will have 4 plus years of relevant experience in portfolio and program management. You will have experience in applying a SAFe framework and structuring a portfolio management office defining critical processes, procedures, and implementing necessary tools and templates. You will have experience in tools such as Agile Craft and Jira. You will have experience preparing presentations for senior leadership, which may include experience preparing materials for executives, and you will have excellent communication skills. You will have a firm understanding of Money Transfer category and of customer expectations for a FinTech in the 21 st century. Join us, and let's move money for better
