Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation design and end-to-end execution of Product & Platform strategic and transformational programs.  You will support all phases of these programs from analysis and design through testing and deployment, including business and systems requirements, planning, scheduling, development and delivery.   You will support the management of all program tracks and work streams, influencing execution to meet strategic and business case objectives.  This role requires you to address all activities impacting timelines, scope, budget, risks and benefits realization.  You must develop strong working relationships with global, cross-functional teams, project sponsors, business and technology stakeholders, subject matter experts, and third-party partners.  You will collaborate with the prime technology service providers to implement and sustain an Agile project delivery methodology to adjust quickly and accelerate value capture.  To stay connected, you will participate in weekly and monthly status meetings with the program stakeholders, team members and executive management.

For this unique role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.  Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM) are required.  You must have 5+ years of proven experience in technology program management, including full project life cycle management related to business software, cloud migrations, and other system integration efforts (both packaged and customized projects).  Experience required to succeed in both waterfall and agile development environments.
