You will manage one or several workstreams for the Settlement Transformation Program end to end from eliciting requirements through testing and implementation.
You need to have 10 years of demonstrable experience as a business analyst with a track record of delivering well-documented business and system requirements, and with extensive experience in Waterfall, Agile, and blended software development methodologies. Must have extensive experience working with cross functional stakeholders, business SMEs and technology teams.
In addition, you need to have experience in program management ensuring scope, schedule and resources are managed effectively to meet schedule requirements. You have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with a cross=functional, global team. You must have executive presence, with the ability to create and present status to all levels of the organization professionally and succinctly. A four year degree from and accredited University is required. Certifications in Business Analysis and Project Management preferred. Join us, and let's move money for better
