This position is for Senior Product Manager - Partnerships Sales support within EPCD organization, which is responsible for developing Enterprise partnerships by offering partnership solutions that meet their end customer needs. The EPCD team works with a wide range of banking and non-banking partners to power their money movement business. This team is responsible for enhancing WU's core capabilities to enable easy integration and building custom experiences to our shared customers. You and your team will make sure that Western Union Money Transfer and Payments products are constantly evolving to support, and scale partner needs to deliver best in class partner and end-user experience.
You will need to have 8 years of finance or ecommerce experience in a high volume global 24/7 organization as a product manager providing sales support. You will be bachelors degree educated in a related field. You obsessively seek to understand the customer's perspective by listening to the voice of the customer and the voice of your sales partner. You are data-driven, have a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will have demonstrated abilities in in Web/Mobile technologies, and user experience in a lean Agile/SAFe environment. Join us, and let's move money for better
