Construction Engineer

Key Role:

Perform highly reliable, credible, and technical analysis to support strategic decision-making, including technology evaluation, innovative technology assessments, and non-routine programmatic or technical issues in support of the construction program management office (PMO).

Evaluate commercially available and emerging technologies and provide technical advice of how technology could be incorporated into the construction program.

Identify risks and impacts associated with innovative technologies and opportunities. Collaborate with client partners to help ensure sound decisions are made. Provide leadership for teams to accomplish customer-sponsored projects, including new program development. Provide facilitation support to major, complex client enterprise initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in working with construction, facility engineering, or asset management
• Experience with supporting clients and military installations or programs
• Experience with progressive management, including supervisory and project management expertise
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations effectively
• MA or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
