Support the recovery and reconstruction of Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) and support the establishment of the Base of the Future by analyzing budget, cost, and cash flow for a multitude of design and construction projects. Analyze program and project level data to track progress toward established milestones and KPIs. Use Prolog, Primavera P6, and other design and construction budget management tools to maintain accurate program budget, project cost, and cash flow data. Represent the TAFB Program Management Office (PMO) to obtain project schedule, budget, and cost information from design and construction agents, contracting offices, finance offices, and other sources for over $3 Billion of projects. Create and support the development of web-based dashboards and other reporting media to deliver accurate and timely status reports and financial analysis. Identify and apply cost management, budget analysis, and risk assessment strategies.
-2 years of experience with managing large scale budgets and costs for large-scale, $1B+ capital programs
-Knowledge of budgetary data requirements for major program budgets, costs, and cash flows
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-2 years of experience with Prolog, Primavera P6, or other architecture design
-Experience with construction industry cost management software
-Knowledge of US Army Corps of Engineers or US Air Force design and construction processes and procedures
-Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Certification from the Association of Government Accountants
