Responsibilities The Associate's primary role will be ensuring data quality for the firm leveraging critical data elements to create a single master record for reference; Proactively driving and contributing to the firms vision of  clean, reliable, and accurate business data. Data stewardship also involves the identification and maintenance of relationships between receivables and other third party sources, such as Dunn & Bradstreet.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Engaging in the ongoing evaluation and monitoring of data quality, integrity, accuracy and consistency, to include identifying and reporting anomalies; Leveraging critical date elements to identify matching parties and performing appropriate groupings; Reviewing system generate tasks to identify relationships; performing maintenance to update record attributes as needed; representing the operations team during meetings with technology and/or other departments; managing UAT projects, including testing, communications and associated training; The contribution of expertise to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions when applicable Qualifications • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to use initiative and work independently
• Resolve escalations and assist with day to day queue/tasks management including troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities
• Proficiency with Informatica MDM
• Support UAT e.g. new data sources, system upgrades, feature enhancements
• Lead projects as assigned e.g. data remediation
• Manage reporting
• Support cross training
• Conduct impact analysis
• Represent Data Stewards during IT calls
• Understand internal data flows
• Write procedures and update flow charts
• Display clear understanding of key risk in processing, identify and drive implementation of solutions
