As a part of TIAAs Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
The Digital Product Manager III is responsible for detailed analysis of strategic process and solution enhancements for a specific line of business from conception to completion. The position has responsibility for client experience, researching, selecting, scoping and planning new strategy developments and enhancements for the Digital Channel and leads implementation of improvements to existing platforms, processes, and solutions.
This position will need to be able to effectively recognize change opportunities by organizing strategic and tactical initiatives supported by internal and industry trends while collaborating with key partners to ensure organizational goals are met. A background and understanding of financial solutions as well as the ability to help put into action both short term and long term strategy and lead tactical projects for implementation is essential.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as lead contact and platform knowledge expert for solutions supported by the role: identifying and assessing strategic partners, defining and constructing requirements and working closely with functional managers through project completion and providing strategic assessments of evolving technologies with focus on next-generation initiatives.
Provide analysis of strategies to sustain and grow TIAA Bank's competitive position.
Use written and verbal communication skills to develop fact based industry research documentation, business cases, use cases, or presentations as part of platform optimization or management review processes.
Understand and be able to interpret data related to the solutions effectiveness, pro formas, charts, reports or competitive analysis pertaining to solution development within the digital channel.
Aid in research of product and process improvements that will maximize performance, reduce expense, generate income, or reduce risks associated with bank platforms, processes, or solutions.
Provide effective communication of the requirements and ensure accuracy of execution through effective quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure business functions and process management protocols are followed for timely and effective delivery of stated requirements.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of platforms and solutions requirements and how to align with business strategies when working with partners such as sales, IT, marketing, risk, legal, products, compliance, and operations to evaluate, scope, and implement initiatives.
Ensure transparency of management communication and consensus on priorities and initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
The ability to interact on a positive, productive and encouraging basis with other members of the organization.
Expert knowledge of banking regulations, structure and environment, and digital banking landscape to support domestic and world markets, equity and fixed income products and solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external parties.
Expert knowledge of the Microsoft office software applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Bachelors Degree required.
6+ years of banking or financial services industry experience.
4+ years of experience in designated banking product area or channel.
MBA preferred, not required.
Recent, hands on experience rolling out successful digital banking initiatives.
