Overview

The US Early Careers team is a part of the Global Early Careers function that also spans across EMEA & UKI, APAC and Germany. We work closely as a global team to attract, develop and retain the best and diverse early careers talent for Deutsche Bank. The US Early Career team partners with the key business stakeholders across Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Technology and Infrastructure to position us as an early careers employer of choice in the region. We also work closely with our HR Business Partners, Employer Brand and Diversity& Inclusion team to define our annual early careers strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Graduate Recruitment team and Grad Diversity Champions to define and execute future US early careers diversity strategy that aligns to our bank-wide diversity strategy

  • Serve as project lead for execution of Deutsche Bank in-house diversity programs, including RISE, Develop, and firm-wide grad diversity conferences to develop, plan and execute strategy

  • Build relationships and serve as point-of-contact for diversity organizations and HBCU partnership schools to execute recruitment events and initiatives for the US region, and manage the Grad Diversity Champions Advisory board, communications, and initiatives

  • Develop engagement strategy with employee networking groups, in partnership with diversity, and measure, monitor and report the impact of all our diversity programs and initiatives to drive data-led insights and decisions

  • Activate our global Early Careers Employer Brand strategy both on campus and through social media in US by being an ambassador for our employer brand team and an advisor to the business

  • Work with the Global Employer Brand team to manage key relationships, as needed, with external partners: creative and digital agencies, media, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of our annual campaign calendar across US


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong previous experience in graduate recruitment/diversity and branding with ability to deliver and evaluate successful campus strategies, programs or projects in a similar role as well as ability to make clear/data based strategic recommendations

  • Understanding of key trends, research and generations in early careers with a focus on marketing, attraction, diversity and future skills

  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to create change and challenge status quo (remaining globally aligned to our brand and culture but with local consideration

  • Tech savvy and digitally curious, and excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Future travel to recruiting events will be required, as needed and dependent on local guidelines
