Y our Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver people programs and projects in line with organizational strategy and support comprehensive talent agenda including talent assessment and leadership development
  • Provide advisory support to local leadership teams on people issues within their organizations and work with MI to develop, interpret, and act on reporting information/analytics on headcount and attrition to support and drive effective business decision making
  • End to end management of organization restructuring programs, including coordination across regions with Human Resources colleagues
  • Support Employee Relations issues relating to performance and conduct, including leading investigations, consequence management and lessons learned
  • Helping managers to create an environment that is conducive to employee engagement and advise managers and employees on a range of HR issues including, for example, compensation, HR systems and processes, internal mobility and performance reviews
  • Delivery of year-end compensation review process, including reviews of fixed and variable pay and management of the annual promotion process. Act as Lead on ad hoc projects and as SME for specific HR disciplines and help build the franchise by acting as a mentor for junior HR Colleagues

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Previous Human Resources (HR) experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, at all levels, both face to face and via telephone and email
  • Excellent organization / prioritization skills
  • Work well under pressure and anticipate needs; demonstrate initiative & pro-activeness
