Ops RLS Sr. Analyst (Resource Location Strategy)
  • Support the design of Resource and Location strategies across GCB Operations & Fraud
  • Manage and execute right-placement strategic plans to ensure alignment to business objectives and drive consistency across all site. May include scoping, feasibility analysis, resource allocation and risk identification and mitigation with strategic/major business impact
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships across various stakeholder groups to achieve project and organizational goals; be a change champion across the organization
  • Facilitates resolution of LOB operational issues directly contributed to Right Placement strategies and escalates as appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for synergies and process improvements, identify recommendations and partner with stakeholders on execution
  • Take on high level problems with limited definition in order to uncover root causes, develop solutions and translate into specific recommendations for action
  • Challenge the status quo & is a source of ideas. Probes beyond symptoms to find underlying cause.
  • Work effectively in ambiguous situations; effectively adapts to unstructured environment and shows initiative in support of sustainable change
  • Promote a culture of quality that delivers customer and business value through breakthrough and sustainable improvement
  • Must be able to grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to drive towards simplicity and end to end ownership including risk management
  • Apply a broad understanding of business, financials, operations, technology and controls to all work

    Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years business experience in consumer financial services businesses, particularly in Operations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to translate data and metrics from across different constituencies in order to create clear and concise executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and execute on goals with a high sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate Initiative, pro-active approach and informal leadership.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, and highly independent without formal authority
  • Results/execution orientated, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible accomplishments - measurable impact to the business
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts

    Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA degree preferred
