JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage product plan by ensuring changes in market, business priorities (including integration needs) and technology advancements are reflected, and present status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings. (8%); Prepare and present product plans as well as identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and retirement plans. (8%); Prepare and present product roadmap reviews as well as providing products general strategic direction. (5%); Use knowledge of systems and industry requirements to project development needs or modifications. (6%); Manage project inventory during budget planning process, interlock on all companion activity, prioritize as necessary to execute against plan throughout the year, and determine release dates. (7%); Monitor and understand products profit and loss statement as well as responsible, when indicated, for revenue and profitability of assigned products. (4%); Provide content for product roadmaps, ensure timely delivery and provide business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps. (4%); Assign and monitor the teams work while being responsible for providing technical and analytical support and direction. (4%); Interface with external clients or field-based employees on technical matters as needed. (4%); Act as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases. (5%); Collaborate with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral, and as needed Request for Proposal (RFPs), complete business scope documents, define and record user personas for individual products. (5%); Ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services, and ensure project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements. (5%); Lead teams in the delivery of outsourced solutions to the strategic client, select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function, and identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implement changes, and measure the levels of improvement. (5%); Engage and interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions. (5%); Manage vendor relationships for key and product delivery, collaborate with vendor support manager for oversight and maintenance of all secondary and support vendor relationships, and interact with key suppliers and partners. (5%); Coordinate and facilitate pilot activities by acting as a primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement, and monitoring progress. (5%); Act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution. (5%); Determine and approve all service level agreements (SLAs) related to products and included business scope documents. (5%); Work closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority projects. (5%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related IT field required, plus seven (7) years of experience with consulting services and client relationship management in financial services industry and specifically correspondent lending in the mortgage industry. All stated experiences must include: application development environment; designing, coding, testing and debugging; delivering multiple complex projects on time and within budget; version and revision control practices and procedures; developing partnership-oriented relationships with business executives and functional leaders, especially as it relates to operations and technology; project management; direct client interaction and ability to present to client executives and perform product demonstrations; directing the work of others, both direct reports and indirect or matrixed resources, and working with loan origination systems including operation and integration. Must have experience in: Java, Web Services (SOAP) using J2EE Technologies, Restful Web services, Design Patterns, Spring Boot, Servlets, XML, XSD, XSL (XSLT, XPath), JMS, JAXB, SAX, DOM, JavaScript, IBM MQ, Active MQ, JPA, HTML, CSS, Swagger, Hibernate, Eclipse, SQL Server, Maven & Jenkins, TFS, Visual Studio, Linux, Service Oriented Architecture, Junit, share point, Apache Tomcat 8.5., Identity services, AWS Cloud & Serverless Architecture, Typerscript, Java.Frameworks Angular, VueJs, AWS Resources S3, Cognito, Dynamo DB, API Gateway, Lambda, Cloud Watch, Parameter Store, Elastic Search. Up to 25% travel required.
