Role Description - Summary

Primary objective of the role is to supervise production, control and quality assurance processes around preparation of liquidity reports such as the US Liquidity Stress Test, Living Wills Liquidity Stress Test (RLAP), Cash Flow Projection, Liquidity Management Limit Reporting and additional Treasury monitoring metrics where needed.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Providing supervision & leadership to the Pune teams who are involved in the production and control processes across liquidity reporting and ensure delivery as per timeliness and quality parameters
  • Get engaged in performance of quality checks and reviews to ensure accurate and complete report production
  • Provide guidance to the team on improving the output quality and creating efficiencies
  • Ensure standardization and streamlining of processes and implementation of governance framework around the same
  • Implementation of a robust control framework for the processes and ensuring adherence by the team
  • Engagement on ad-hoc queries and issues towards guiding the team in investigation and resolution of the same
  • Engagement on change projects
  • Ensure positive and productive engagement with stakeholders
  • Training and mentoring of the team members
  • Leading a team of people to collectively achieve the above
  • Supporting management on Franchise initiatives/projects

Experience / Exposure:

  • Strong data analysis skills & attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Previous experience in production and review of BAU reports, Validation and Control, analysis and provision of business commentary
  • Team management experience
  • Investment bank background
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting within a Banking environment or Treasury function. Liquidity reporting experience preferable but not mandatory

Education:

  • Master's Degree or professional certification in Finance
