Work as a dynamic, highly motivated, and well-organized individual to serve in a support role, including working closely with the client to manage site IT projects to include building and classroom infrastructure. Support the client, including ensuring accurate status updates on project deliverables and overseeing and analyzing project management processes. Perform organizational tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating various calendars, creating reports, and maintaining detailed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Make independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of work within established guidelines. Leverage expertise in the management of project support tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate information effectively to management through both oral and written forms.
-2 years of experience with project management
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
-Experience with supporting network infrastructure projects
-Ability to organize multi-project tracking, including status and progress
-Ability to support senior leadership
-Ability to work in a team with a wide and diverse network of groups and individuals
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with MILCON drawings
-Experience with generation of equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs)
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Security+ or ITIL Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
