-Experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) technical analysis
-Knowledge of SIGINT data flow to ensure collection volume and quality, data processing mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools
-Ability to comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information
-Ability to conduct classified or unclassified research using Intelligence Community SIGINT tools
-Ability to comprehend Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum analysis theory, including differentiation and spectrum characteristics
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-HS diploma or GED required
-Graduate of US Navy's 451 or 452 Signals Analysis Courses or the Military Communications Intelligence Signals Analyst Program (MCSAP) Course
-Experience with the Navys Ships Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment Foxtrot and Navy Cryptologic Training Continuum
-Knowledge of communication devices, technology, characteristics, components, functions, capabilities, and operations
-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products
-Ability to incorporate new or existing SIGINT products to satisfy existing training requirements for individual, unit level, and strike group requirements
-Designated US Navy Master Training Specialist or service equivalent
