Clearing and Post-Trade Services Administrative Internship - Year Round

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Route incoming calls via multi-line phone system
  • Assist with developing systems documentation and archiving of systems requirements documentation
  • Assist with meeting setup, book rooms, stock refreshments
  • Photocopy and scan documents
  • Ensure all office areas and conference rooms are clean/stocked
  • Act as delegate for expense reporting
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, sort & distribute mail, stock copiers
  • Candidate will assist with other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in school, pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work in a professional environment; prior office experience preferred
  • Available to work 20 hours per week
  • Seeks opportunities to learn and takes initiative to solve problems or identify areas to improve
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be customer service-oriented and detailed oriented
  • Must demonstrate excellent teamwork skills with strong communication skills
  • Manages time efficiently and prioritizes tasks appropriately  
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
