Manage and drive operational initiatives within the client operational service organization. The primary responsibility is to manage a large book of initiatives that cover both internal operational efficiency programs as well as external client priorities and solutions.

  • Managing key internal initiatives (Client Operational Service initiatives)
  • Designing, proposing and champion of solution orientated ideas, self service and other STP method
  • Manage client service data and system migrations


  • The candidate must be well versed in client execution and clearing, for both futures and derivatives products on global markets
  • Excellent relationship management skills for developing relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders

  • The role will require the candidate to take and pass their Series 3 Exam within 3 months of hire date

  • Be able to evaluate the risk elements of such a client facing role and ensure tasks are carried out in a controlled fashion

  • In-depth knowledge of the listed derivatives market, specifically Futures, Options and OTC Cleared products
