Participates in the corporation’s monthly reporting process, preparing analyses of results relative to forecast, prior periods, and/or Plan, focusing on key business factors driving financial performance. 2. Participates in the monthly forecast process for the corporation. Reviews and analyzes the forecast for each Business Unit and participates in the creation and review of the consolidated forecast presentation to the firm’s Executive Management. 3. Participates in the analysis for and production of the corporation’s consolidated quarterly presentation of earnings results to the Board of Directors. 4. Participates in the annual profit planning process for the corporation. This includes working with various Business Units to ensure planning is in line with the strategy of the company and each respective Business Unit. 5. Contributes to the quarterly analysis of assets under management and assets under custody. Works closely with areas of the Finance department, Business Unit managers and relationship managers to ensure accurate asset reporting. 6. Conducts and leads special projects and ad hoc requests for Finance leadership and the corporation’s Management Group. Initiates and creates special projects for relevant items. Build your career with us and apply today. • Five years of related experience with emphasis on project analysis and management reporting, planning and analysis. • In-depth financial analysis experience, preferably for financial institutions. • Highly flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to present relevant information to senior management and business unit officers. • Highly analytical and conceptual thinker. • Strong personal computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are required to perform analyses and communicate financial information. • Knowledge of accounting, reporting and financial analysis usually acquired through an advanced degree program or related work experience.
