Foreign Exchange Process Implementation Analyst New 📅 77078 Requisition # 📅 2 days ago Post Date The Process Implementation Analyst will follow established process guidelines and under the direction of the Process Implementation Manager, assist in implementing or updating new operational processes. Work across a global team. Develop an understanding of the Global Foreign Exchange (GFX) team’s products, processes, systems and workflows. Accountable for specified workflows. Work with the Process Implementation Manager to suggest enhancements to procedures or the client experience. Major Duties: • Ensure adherence to operational procedures • Expected to use problem solving skills and refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts only as escalation • Work effectively as a team member but also independently • Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job and able to explain protocols to other partners • Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverables; emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution.
