The purpose of the CLEAR Document Manager is to be responsible for developing and maintaining automated integration of engagement letter and contract templates, tools, guidance and training within the CLEAR application for the Firm’s audit, tax and consulting lines of business. Responsibilities include coordinating across lines of business, internal resources and external vendor resources to manage project objectives and deliverables.
This role does not need to be tied to one location and can sit anywhere in the US.
Management and oversight of document assembly application and related templates:
Define system objectives and requirements to align with firm policies
Design procedural requirements to meet risk mitigation objectives
Coordinate with quality and risk management leaders to evaluate necessary changes in design
Identify innovative system use-cases to streamline client onboarding
Work across lines of business to identify and manage system needs and prioritization
Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or related field
Proficient in Microsoft office suite & SharePoint
Able to interpret and apply organizational policy
Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend process improvement and efficiency
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, verbally and orally to diverse audiences across the firm and to outside professional contacts
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to internal information
Strong managerial, communications, analytical, organizational, project management and planning skills
Collaborates with all levels to achieve results
