Analyst level position supporting the talent acquisition process within an established investment management firm

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Human Resources full life-cycle recruiting process for various IM business units.
  • Schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews and working with business partners to ensure an efficient and professional experience for candidates, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system
  • Partner with hiring managers to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
  • Create offer documents and communicate with candidates through pre-onboarding process
  • Improve processes through participation in projects including candidate tracking and process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated excellence in academic performance required
  • 1-3 years business experience (internship or full-time), within a fast-paced team environment, ideally within financial services
  • Experience in marketing, social media, communications, public relations, fintech desired; recruiting experience a plus but not required
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment where exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is paramount
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
  • Excellent communication, collaborative and organizational skills
