 Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Assist with financial and operational assessments of clients
  • Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts and monthly integrated financial forecasts
  • Supervise consultants assisting on client engagements
  • Project management responsibilities include accountability for periodic client status reporting as well as billing and collecting fees
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to acquire and assess important information for financial analysis
  • Analyze financial statements to determine the sustainability of performance and evaluate assumptions inherent in client business plans
  • Interact with other practice areas including but not limited to audit, tax, and other management consulting service groups
  • Business development activities to drive the growth of the practice in the marketplace through the proactive reach outs to bankers, attorneys, and other sources

 The qualifications.

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field is required
  • CPA, CTP, CIRA designations are preferred but not required
  • 10-12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of recent or current experience with a restructuring consulting practice
  • Successful track record of generating new business from referral sources
  • Technology skills required to work proficiently with firm systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% - 50% overnight travel.
