Specialist, Project Management Office New 📅 82990 Requisition # 📅 1 day ago Post Date Responsible for managing a large portfolio(s) of projects on behalf of the Capital and Expenditure Governance (CEG) group. The CEG helps manage and prioritize a portfolio of key initiatives on behalf of stakeholders resulting in monitoring projects or programs against larger capital targets, managing the demand & supply for project resource requests resulting in reallocating or deploying more resources, and addressing the sequencing of work as needed. This role produces necessary MIS and financial reporting required to support project portfolios. 1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical, execution and financial expertise 2. Focus of role is on planning and monitoring the execution of a large portfolio of activities with the portfolio stakeholders 3. Carries out the approval and monitoring processes associated with the portfolio in addition to the financial reporting. 4. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
  • 5 years of financial management or project management experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change

  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.

  • PMP Certification is a plus.
