Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee internal projects according to committed deadlines and budgets. Skilled at working with team members at all levels (C-suite through end users) and multiple functions (finance, IT, departments), and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizations in order to drive timely decisions, gain stakeholder confidence, and manage risks to ensure successful execution of programs at Kaufman Hall.
Working under the leadership and supervision of the Executive Vice President of Development, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading the management for various Programs at Kaufman Hall and with partners. The position will have primary stakeholders in Product, Development, Sales, Client Services, and Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively with internal leaders and demonstrated flexibility while still providing crisp project leadership. The ideal candidate will be familiar and comfortable in an environment of rapid change and evolving standards.
Working on development projects and programs; Planning, directing and coordinating activities for these enterprise level programs
Manage project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with department leads and stakeholders
Ensure performance, cost, and time goals are met while controlling or maintaining the project scope
Drive key projects and initiatives to completion
Schedule, monitor and track actual vs. planned timelines and milestones
Create project plans, identify and manage critical path, raise and manage project risks and issues
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Coach, mentor and motivate project team members, partners, contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for assigned work
Proactively manage changes in project scope
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations
Demonstrates strong analytical abilities with the ability to find and make use of data to measure and drive decisions.
+5 years of Excellent project or program management skills, and experience coordinating and overseeing project teams
Experience running large, complex, multi-phase, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience managing several projects or programs and internal initiatives simultaneously
Experience creating and managing complex software solutions
Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience required
