CLA is seeking to hire a Service Processing Operations Coordinator to join our Internal Operations team in our Peoria, IL location.

As a Service Processing Operations Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manage front desk hosting for clients and guests
Manage parking needs for guests
Conference room management
Preparing and mailing tax organizers
Organizing and scanning client documents
Assembling final tax returns
Coordinate all mailing including UPS and certified, and add charges to STAR by client
Proactively engaging office paraprofessionals to assist with peak filing deadlines
Responding to client needs on behalf of tax team as needed to assist in time and workflow management
Proactively support team leader in managing our tax, and/or assurance practices
Review and analyze documents, identify solutions and assist when needed to support additional team members
Completes and manages workflow functions with the ability to expand with experience
Possesses strong technology skills with an ability to adapt to changes and new programs
Produces quality, professional internal and client-facing documents
Must be organized, detail oriented

Education and Technical skill minimum requirements:
3 or more years of related experience
Professional services industry experience, a plus
Intermediate to advance skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and handle changing needs of clients
Strong written and verbal skills; ability to compose and initiate correspondence
Strong creative problem-solving ability, resourcefulness and a well-defined work ethic
